2. Website operation & hosting
The website is provided through OpenAI Sites and uses Cloudflare infrastructure for delivery and protection. Requests involve the processing of IP address, requested address, time, browser and device details, and technical status and security information. Depending on browser settings, the previously visited page may also be transmitted as a referrer.
This data is used to deliver content, operate the website reliably, diagnose faults and prevent abusive access. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in a working, secure website. The connection data necessary for transmission is required to provide the website.
No ChatGPT account is required. Images, PDFs and font files are served through the website. LCG does not use visitor analytics, advertising pixels or embedded social media feeds in this version.
4. Contact & PDF forms
When you contact us by email or telephone, we process the contact details, messages, project information and any attachments you provide to handle your enquiry. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to steps towards a contract at your request or performance of a contract. Other enquiries are handled under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our interest in managing business communications.
The PDF forms provided are downloads. Information entered in a downloaded file is not automatically sent to LCG through this website. We receive its contents only when you send us the completed form, for example by email. The website has no form upload or direct online submission facility.
Contact is voluntary. To respond, we need a way to reach you and the information necessary to handle your enquiry. Please provide only information relevant to your request.
5. Recipients & international processing
Recipients of technical access data include OpenAI and Cloudflare, which provide hosting, content delivery and security, and the service providers they use for these purposes. When you contact us by email or telephone, the communications providers involved also process the data needed for transmission. Within LCG, access is given to the people handling your enquiry.
Enquiries are shared with a project or distribution partner only where necessary for the handling you request and legally permitted. Simply following a partner link does not send your enquiry or a completed PDF to that partner.
The technical infrastructure is international. Processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, is possible. Providers describe their transfer mechanisms in the information linked below. Cloudflare identifies the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for US transfers and standard contractual clauses for other cases. OpenAI describes adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses as safeguards. You may also request information about the applicable safeguards through our privacy contact.

6. Retention
Contact and project data is retained to handle and complete the enquiry. Further retention depends on statutory record-keeping duties, an ongoing contractual relationship, or the establishment or defence of specific legal claims. The data is to be deleted when these grounds no longer apply.
Retention of technical logs and security data depends on the operational or protection purpose, investigation of faults or abuse, and any applicable legal obligations. Providers publish purpose-based criteria; a single fixed period for all technical logs is therefore not stated here. The lifetime of the cookie listed above is separate from these retention periods.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, your rights include:
- Access to your personal data and information about its processing
- Rectification of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data
- Erasure and restriction of processing where the legal conditions are met
- Data portability where the legal conditions are met
- Withdrawal of consent for the future; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal
Please address requests to our privacy contact. Reasonable identity verification may be needed to associate the request with you. LCG does not use this website for solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, or for related profiling.
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement. The Cypriot authority is relevant to our registered office; in Austria you may contact the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
